• If there are so many incarnations, why is it that we should work so hard in a given one?
In this teaching from the Pathwork Guide, we explore why effort in this lifetime matters despite having many incarnations. While growth unfolds over many lives, some lifetimes are largely “wasted” when opportunities for awareness and transformation are ignored.
Each incarnation requires immense effort and is chosen for its potential to accelerate development—especially through the challenges of living in a physical body.
This episode highlights a sobering truth: avoiding inner work means losing a powerful opportunity that cannot be reclaimed in the same way. Yet even wasted lives can eventually spark motivation for future growth.
The deeper insight: this life is a valuable investment—what we do with it determines how far and how quickly we evolve.
